We ship straight from our little farm in Hawai‘i to anywhere in the U.S. (including Alaska and territories). Because we’re on island time, shipping usually takes a touch longer than mainland orders - but it’s worth the wait.

We pack and ship most orders within 3–5 business days. Once it’s out the door, shipping typically takes 5–7 business days depending on where you live. You’ll get tracking info as soon as it’s on its way. If you need a rush package, email us BEFORE placing your order to make sure we can get it out the door ASAP.

We do our best to wrap everything up snug as a bee in a hive, but if something breaks or leaks, let us know right away. We’ll replace or refund damaged items - no worries.

We package our products with the planet in mind. We skip unnecessary plastics everywhere we can. To reduce waste, we may ship orders using reused boxes and filler/padding that’s shredded cardboard (perfect for composting in your garden later). We are confident you'll love our products no matter what kind of box they arrive in, but if you prefer that we use new packing for your order, we will happily do so. Just check that box at checkout!

We keep things simple and honest. Whenever we can, we choose organic ingredients, source locally, or grow them ourselves right here on the farm - things like hibiscus, māmaki, laukahi, lemongrass, and ‘ōlena. That said, we’re not rigid about it. Some ingredients come from trusted suppliers beyond Hawai‘i so we can keep our products consistent, high quality, and affordable. Every ingredient is chosen with care - if it doesn’t belong on your skin, it doesn’t make it into the jar. We use essential oils where they shine, clean fragrance oils where they make sense, and we keep our formulas free of parabens, phthalates, and unnecessary fillers. Our friends and family use our products every day, so we make sure everything we create is something we’d happily use ourselves.

No harsh stuff here. Our formulas are simple and intentional. Some products may contain a natural preservative (for safety with water exposure), but we don’t use parabens or unnecessary fillers.

Every body is different, so we always recommend a patch test just to be safe. Full ingredient lists are included on each product page and label, so you can make the best choice for your skin. Our customer reviews might give you helpful information about what others have experienced.
Product Care & Use
-

Let your bar dry between uses and keep it out of standing water. A well-draining soap dish is your best friend - it’ll help your bar last much longer.

A little care goes a long way toward a long, clean burn. - Set the memory. On the first burn, let the wax melt to the edge of the tin to prevent tunneling.
- Trim the wick. Keep it around ¼ inch before each burn for a steady flame and minimal soot.
- Keep it short and sweet. Burn for 2–4 hours at a time to avoid overheating and extend the candle’s life.
- Mind the spot. Place on a level, heat-safe surface away from drafts.
- Snuff smart. Gently snuff or dip the wick to avoid smoke and keep it ready for next time.
- Stop at the end. When ½ inch of wax remains, it’s time to retire the candle. Clean and reuse the tin if you’d like.
Candle safety: Never leave a burning candle unattended, and keep away from pets, kids, curtains, and anything flammable.

Yes - natural products don’t last forever (and that’s a good thing). For best results, use soaps within a year, candles within a year, and skincare within 6-12 months of opening. Store everything in a cool, dry place out of direct sun.
Returns, Exchanges & Order Issues
-

Because most of our products are personal care, we can’t accept returns once items are opened. But if something arrives damaged or isn’t right, reach out - we’ll take care of it.

We have a great track record with shipments arriving on time, but there’s a first for everything… If you’re concerned about your package, check your tracking info first. If it looks like it’s gone rogue, send us a message and we’ll help track it down or replace your order if needed.
