Creamed Hawaiian Honey

from $5.95
Sold Out

Raw Hilo honey. We haven’t added anything, we just let the bees do their thing, gathering nectar from a variety of tropical wildflowers. Then, we guide the natural crystallization process and end up with honey that’s smooth and spreadable and simply amazing.

—-

As with all raw honey, significant changes in temperature will affect crystallization. We like to keep ours in the fridge so it stays spreadable, but it's all a matter of personal preference.
